Account Deletion Request

Seshly users who want to delete their account may request account deletion by emailing autoxyrium@gmail.com.

Required Information

To process an account deletion request, please email us with all of the following information:

• The email address linked to your Seshly account
• Proof that you own the account
• A certified identification document
• The reason for requesting account deletion

Processing Note

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify identity and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

Data Handling and Privacy

Once the account deletion request has been verified and completed, we will send you a confirmation that your account has been deleted.

After that confirmation has been sent, the proof of identification and the email used for the deletion verification process will be deleted from our records, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

Retention Notice

Some limited records may be retained where required by law, needed for security, fraud prevention, financial compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our legal rights and obligations.

Important Note

Deletion of an account may result in loss of access to tutoring history, notes, messages, and other associated Seshly data, subject to legal retention requirements.
