AutoXyrium and Seshly Refund Policy

1. General Rule
Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, payments made for digital services, tutoring time, subscriptions, unlocks, credits, or platform features are generally non-refundable once delivered, activated, consumed, booked, or used.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
A refund may be considered where:
- A user was charged multiple times in error
- A payment was processed but the purchased service was not delivered due to a verified platform-side failure
- Unauthorized transactions are confirmed after investigation
- A tutor session was paid for but could not reasonably occur due to a verified technical failure caused by the platform
- Refund is otherwise required by applicable law
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Change of mind
- Missed sessions caused by the user
- Dissatisfaction based only on personal preference where the service was delivered
- Partially or fully consumed tutoring time
- Used credits, unlocks, digital tools, or subscriptions
- Delays or issues caused by third-party internet, device, or user-side problems
4. Tutor-Related Transactions
Where tutoring is delivered through the platform, refund decisions may depend on session records, timing data, platform logs, dispute reviews, and whether the session was substantially delivered.
5. Review Process
Refund requests may be reviewed case by case. We may request transaction details, session details, account details, or supporting information before making a decision.
6. Chargebacks and Abuse
Users must not abuse chargebacks or refund mechanisms. Fraudulent disputes, abuse, or repeated refund misuse may result in account restrictions, permanent suspension, or legal escalation where appropriate.
7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer and may vary.
